Working at RHF is a unique opportunity to be part of an established, well-equipped, and well-funded farm in a work environment where you can grow and explore. We offer seasonal, communal housing in the farm house located on the property.

While our team is fully staffed for 2025, we are always happy to hear from people interested in potentially working with us next season. From crew, to cook, to farm store staff, working on the farm provides the opportunity to do something meaningful for the island while you learn and grow.
